ABOUT THE FOUNDATION

SUPPORTING ASPEN’S YOUTH

The Aspen Rugby Foundation plays a pivotal role in nurturing the local junior rugby team. By funding the Junior Gents’ season, they ensure access to coaching, equipment, and travel opportunities. Moreover, the foundation extends support beyond the field, offering academic scholarships that empower young athletes to excel in their educational pursuits, reinforcing their commitment to holistic development

Nestled in the picturesque Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado, the Aspen Rugby Foundation stands as a steadfast pillar of support for the local rugby community, with a particular focus on nurturing the future talents of the game through their dedication to the Junior Gents rugby club. Founded on the principles of camaraderie, discipline, and the pursuit of excellence, this foundation has become an integral part of the Aspen rugby landscape.

While the Junior Gents epitomize the youthful spirit of rugby, the Aspen Rugby Foundation recognizes that the development of rugby players goes far beyond the chalk lines of the pitch. It is not merely about refining their skills on the field but also about instilling the values of teamwork, integrity, and leadership that extend into their everyday lives. With this holistic approach, the foundation provides not only financial support but also mentorship, educational resources, and community engagement opportunities, ensuring that these young athletes grow into well-rounded individuals who can tackle any challenge life throws their way.

Yet, the Aspen Rugby Foundation’s impact stretches far beyond the confines of age. It extends its unwavering commitment to the Senior Gents, the men’s rugby team, both on and off the field. By fostering a rugby culture that transcends generations, this foundation exemplifies the enduring legacy of this beloved sport in Aspen, forging a bond that unites players past, present, and future.
